Our service is designed to treat you as an individual. You will receive a dedicated, friendly and professional service from your initial enquiry onwards.

 
As part of  First Complete Ltd we often have access to exclusive mortgage products which you would not be able to obtain by going to product providers directly or via some other Financial Advisors.

 
It may be you are extremely busy and don’t have the time to arrange your mortgage and insurances during your normal working day.  We aim to provide a service which takes most of the workload away from you and a flexible approach so we can arrange appointments and updates for you at a time to suit you, whether this is during the day, evenings or week-ends. We are based in Lancashire and for local customers we can provide a face to face service, if you wish.

For customers throughout the rest of the UK we provide a telephone and internet based service with the flexibility to meet your lifestyle.

We will charge a broker fee of between £0 and £499, payable on completion. The amount we charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required.

 
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
